Jacket design by Paul Bacon, with "that fleeing cartoon figure from Catch-22 [this time] drawn wearing a businessman's chapeau and hurrying away with a cane", according to the author. 1/150,000 copies printed. A specially bound, signed issue, limited to 750 copies, was published contemporaneously.
