Edited and with an introduction by Emil White, Miller's boon companion and curator of the Henry Miller Memorial Library in Big Sur. While Miller was considered the grandfather of the sexual revolution, White was its most avid practitioner.

Contents include: US District Judge Goodman on the pornographic nature of the Tropics, correspondence between Miller and Norwegian defense lawyer Trygve Hirsch, L. Yakovlev on "Literature of Decay," judicial opinions from the trial of Sexus in Norway, "Henry Miller: Pornographer or Prophet," and "Henry Miller: Superman and Prophet."
