A debut anthology of music essays published in honour of the Big Chill multimedia festival on its tenth anniversary. An annual jamboree of alternative, dance and chill-out music and comedy, held in early August on the grounds of Eastnor Castle, it was founded in 1994 by Pete Lawrence and Katrina Larkin. Its swansong 2011 line-up featured The Chemical Brothers, Kanye West, Rodrigo Y Gabriela, Jessie J, Robert Plant, Calvin Harris, Neneh Cherry, Aloe Blacc, Chipmunk, and Katy B & Example.
